Dr. Theall is a general and vascular surgeon. He attended Kalamazoo College in Michigan and earned a B.A. in Chemistry. In 1984 he began his general surgery residency at McKeesport Hospital in Pennsylvania, followed by a residency at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Yougstown, Ohio(1987-1990).

He began his surgeon career at St. Anthony's Community Hospital in July of 1990. Dr. Theall is a Board Certified General Surgeon with over twenty years of experience in laser therapy, endovascular techniques, sclerotherapy, and other vein treatment modalities.
